Funk Lab Dance Center will celebrate 15 years in business with its annual open house party from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 22 at its studio, 1226 E. Stroop Road in Fairmont Plaza in Kettering.

Hip Hop International will host the World Hip Hop Dance Championship from July 25 through August 1, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona. "Worlds 2026" is a high-energy, international summer gathering designed to unite over 3,000 of the world’s top dancers as they network, celebrate and compete for the championship title. The event brings together elite crews from more than 55 countries—including dance crews like Papua New Guinea’s Wan Squad, who took home the championship title in 2025

Red Bull Dance Your Style, a global all-styles Street Dance event series, will take place in Houston on July 11, 2026. The all-styles street dance competition will be held at Silver Street.
